Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name and contact information
  • Payment information
  • HTML templates and content you submit for conversion
  • Communication preferences

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your theme conversion requests
  • Provide customer support
  • Send you important updates about our service
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Improve our services

AI and Automated Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to process your submitted content. This includes:

  • Theme generation — Your HTML, CSS, and assets are analyzed and processed by automated systems to generate WordPress theme files
  • Chat refinement — Your chat messages and the generated theme code are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to process your modification requests
  • Asset processing — Images, fonts, and other files are processed automatically to integrate them into the theme

By using the Service, you consent to this automated processing. Content sent to third-party AI providers is subject to their respective privacy policies and data handling practices. We select providers that offer data protection commitments, but we cannot guarantee how third-party AI providers process or retain data sent to them.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, strictly as needed to operate our service:

  • Payment processors (to complete transactions)
  • Analytics and measurement providers (to understand usage and improve our service)
  • When required by law or to protect our rights and safety

Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to the payment processor — we do not store your full credit card or bank account details on our servers.

PayPal

When you pay via PayPal, your transaction is processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. PayPal collects and processes your payment details, name, email address, billing address, and transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policy. PayPal may use this data for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and their own business purposes. We receive only limited information from PayPal, such as your name, email address, and transaction confirmation. We do not have access to or control over the data PayPal collects or retains. For more information, see the PayPal Privacy Statement.

Stripe

If you pay via Stripe, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects payment card details, billing information, device identifiers, and transaction data under their own privacy policy. Stripe may share data with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and use it for fraud detection and compliance purposes. We receive only a transaction confirmation, your name, and email — we do not see or store your card number. We do not have control over the data Stripe collects or retains. For more information, see the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Analytics & Measurement Tools

We use third-party analytics and measurement tools to understand how visitors use our website, to measure the effectiveness of our service, and to improve the user experience. These tools collect data automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, provided by Google LLC (or Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA). These services collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, referring URL, and interaction events. Google may combine this data with data from other Google services you use (such as your Google account). Google processes this data on servers that may be located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. We do not have control over how Google stores, processes, or shares this data beyond the settings available to us in the Google Analytics dashboard. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity & Microsoft Advertising

We may use Microsoft Clarity and/or Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), provided by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Clarity captures anonymized behavioral data such as mouse movements, clicks, and scroll depth to help us understand how users interact with our site. Microsoft Advertising may track conversions from ads. These tools may use cookies and collect data including your IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited. Microsoft may process this data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, and may use it in accordance with their own data practices. We do not have control over how Microsoft stores, processes, or shares this data. For more information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance — Processing necessary to provide the Service you requested (conversion, chat refinement, delivery of the theme)
  • Legitimate interests — Processing for service improvement, fraud prevention, security, and analytics, where these interests are not overridden by your rights
  • Consent — Where you have given explicit consent, such as agreeing to our Terms of Service before submitting content, or for optional marketing communications
  • Legal obligations — Processing required to comply with applicable laws, including tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements

This Service is operated from Israel. The Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981) and its regulations apply to our handling of your data. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we also process data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For users in California, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

  • Payment cookies — set by PayPal or Stripe during the checkout process

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

International Data Transfers

Our third-party service providers (including PayPal, Stripe, Google, and Microsoft) may transfer and process your data in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. These providers maintain their own data protection measures and compliance frameworks. By using our service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.

  • Payment records — retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes
