  • You own or have the necessary rights to all content and code submitted
  • You will not submit any content that infringes on third-party rights
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws

2. Service Scope and Payment Terms

What You're Paying For:

  • The HTML to WordPress conversion process — Our proprietary technology and automated conversion service
  • Generated PHP theme files — The WordPress theme structure files (header.php, footer.php, index.php, functions.php, style.css, etc.)

User-Generated Content (UGC): All uploaded assets are considered User-Generated Content:

  • Images, photos, graphics — We do not charge for, own, or control these files
  • Fonts and typography files — These remain your responsibility and property
  • CSS stylesheets — When uploaded separately, these are your content
  • Any other assets — All uploaded files are solely under your ownership and responsibility

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Important Notice: We are not responsible for any copyright infringement or intellectual property claims related to your submitted content. You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to use all submitted content and files
  • Resolving any copyright disputes
  • Obtaining necessary licenses for third-party content (images, fonts, icons, etc.)
  • Any legal claims arising from your content
  • Compliance with licensing terms of any third-party assets you use

4. Service Limitations

Our service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about:

  • The compatibility of converted themes with all WordPress versions
  • The functionality and compatibility of third-party plugins
  • The performance of converted themes on all hosting environments
  • The security of your content

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • The service must not have been used to convert multiple themes
  • The refund request must be made through our support email
  • Refunds will be processed within 20 business days

6. Limitation of Liability

HTMLtoWP and its operators are not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from the use of converted themes
  • Loss of data or content during the conversion process
  • Any third-party copyright claims or legal disputes
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Content Ownership

  • You retain all rights to your original content
  • We do not claim ownership of your content
  • You are responsible for backing up your content
  • We may store your content temporarily for conversion purposes
